This is the Last Will and Testament of me Catherine Coxon the wife of Robert Thomas Coxon of Paxton Dene near Longhorsley in the County of Northumberland Farmer made this twenty first day of January One thousand eight hundred and eighty five.
I appoint my said husband Robert Thomas Coxon sole executer of this my Will. I devise my undivided moiety of and in certain freehold dwelling houses and premises situate in Percy Street Alnwick in the said County and at present let in tenements in the occupation of John Gill and George Gill and others to my said husband during his life and from and immediately after his decease I devise the same to my children Anna Coxon Sarah Coxon and Robert Thomas Coxon in equal shares as Tenants in Common in fee simple.
