2. [S355] Copy of death notice, sent by E-mail to Elizabeth Hunter, Evelyn (White) L. Uranick passed away peacefully in Smiths Falls on Monday, January 15th, 2007, at the age of 77 years.
   Evelyn was predeceased in 1991 by her loved husband George.
   She will be sadly missed by her son Stephen of Perth and sister Joan and Maurice Gosney of London.
   She was the aunt of Dave and Susan Gosney-Chandler, Jamie and Victoria and John Gosney and sister-in-law of Mary Forsyth of Winnipeg, Margaret Uranick of Neepawa Manitoba and Arnold Mountford of Toronto.
   Evelyn was predeceased by brother Gordon White, brothers-in-law Don Forsyth and Bill Uranick and sister-in-law Jean Mountford. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth, Wednesday, January 17th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8: 00 p. m.
   Funeral service will be held in the chapel Thursday at 11: 00 a. m. Interment Elmwood Cemetery.
   In remembrance, contributions to the Great War Memorial Hospital Foundation or fund of choice would be appreciated.

   October 13th 2011 at Parkwood Hospital, London, Ontario. Born in Barrie, Ontario March 23, 1923 to Clayton and Agnes Gosney.
   Leaving behind, until we meet again, his loving wife of 61 years, Joan Marie (White); Loving father of Susan (David Chandler, Jamie (Victoria) and John. Grandfather to Adam, wife Heather, Ryan, Daniel, Dawn and David and Great Grandfather Lilly.
   Visitation will be held at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Sunday October 16 from 2: 00 to 4: 00 and 6: 00 to 8: 00. Funeral service will be held at St.Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, 397 Springbank Drive, London, on Monday, October 17, 2011 at 11: 00.
   An Army Veteran of WWll from 1942 to 1946 as a Signalman he was awarded the French and German Star. An employee CN Rail for 41 years in Barrie, Capreol and London, Ontario as a train dispatcher retiring in 1982. Maurice s love of his cottage in Georgian Bay left a lifelong imprint on his children and grandchildren. He loved nature and was a friend to all animals.
   Cremation to follow with a private family committal in Carling Cemetary, Nobel, Ontario at a later date.
   In honouring Maurice s memory, the family would appreciate those wishing to make a donation to the Georgian Bay Land Trust, Bay Lovers Gift www. gblt. org or The Parish of St. Michael and All Angels Memorial Fund.
   Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.

   Thought you would like to know Maurice sadly passed away on Thursday morning have forwarded the details. I spoke to Joan today and Maurice had been very unwell for the past few weeks but he slept quietly away.
